Refund Policy
1. Refund eligibility
- Subscription Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled within 7 days of first subscription or renewal. 50% refund if cancelled within 15 days.
- Duplicate Payment: Full refund if charged multiple times for the same subscription. Or value added to another service.
- Service Downtime: You can apply for a partial refund if the platform is down for more than 48 hours.
2. Cases where refunds are not applicable
- After 15 days of first purchase or renewal.
- In case of violation of the Terms of Service or policies.
- Promotional offers, trial periods, or discounted subscriptions.
- Custom setup fees or specialized services.
- If the service is down due to a natural disaster.
3. Refund process
- Application Process: Email support@gpfai.com. Provide your payment, order ID, and problem details.
- Information Verification: Our team will verify the application and assess eligibility.
- Refund Issue: Approved refunds will be sent within 7-14 business days.
4. Refund process method
We store your information using the highest security technologies. These include:
- SSL encryption
- 2FA authentication (i.e. Google Account Access)
- Data backup system
- Only authorized persons can access information
Your information may be stored indefinitely, but you can request its deletion if you wish.
5. Exception
GPFAI IT. reserves the right to cancel refunds in the following cases:
- Misuse of the platform.
- Violation of the terms of service.
- Fraudulent activities.
- Violation of the laws of the Government of Bangladesh.
6. Right to update refund policy
GPFAI IT. reserves the right to change or update this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via the website or email.
